Pajta 1-2
Two spacious, dog-friendly ground-floor rooms with windows overlooking the inner garden; extra beds cannot be added. An extra-large double bed with custom-made mattresses, stylish furniture and a bathroom with a shower ensure a restful stay. To help you start the day well, tea and coffee are provided in the room. A modern heat-recovery ventilation system keeps the air fresh even in summer. Each room has its own seating area on the shaded porch.
Pajta 3-4
Two spacious, bright, dog-friendly upstairs rooms, each with a double bed that can also be made up as two singles; extra beds cannot be added. A wardrobe, a table, an armchair, a chair and a bathroom with a shower ensure your comfort. There is a fridge in the entrance area, and a hospitality tray with tea and coffee awaits you in the room. A modern heat-recovery ventilation system provides fresh air, while extra roof insulation keeps the temperature pleasant even in summer.
Levendula
This accessible room has been designed with the comfort of guests with limited mobility in mind. Wide doorways, a step-free layout, a spacious “roll-in” shower, a toilet with grab rails and emergency call buttons make it easy to reach and use, even in a wheelchair. The room stays pleasantly cool even in summer, and an extra-large double bed, which can also be made up as two separate beds, ensures a restful night’s sleep.
Rozmaring
The Rozmaring room is located in the Villa building and has its own private, enclosed terrace with wonderful views of the woods and the meadow. Fresh, vintage-style furnishings, blue walls and white furniture create a charming retro atmosphere. Guests can look forward to a comfortable double bed, generous storage space and a bright bathroom with a shower. The enclosed terrace, with an automatic awning and garden furniture, is the perfect place to relax in peace.
Zsálya
This spacious, light-filled attic suite faces east and west, with beautiful views of the meadow and the inner garden. The bedroom, which opens off the living room, has an extra-wide double bed, while two antique farmhouse beds in the living room offer further comfortable sleeping space. The suite also comes with a dining set, a kitchenette and a fridge. The large, well-equipped bathroom with a shower ensures maximum comfort.
Körtike
This ground-floor suite with two separately accessible rooms is an ideal choice for families. The living room has a dining area, a kitchenette and a comfortable bed, while the separate bedroom features a cosy baby corner. The bathroom has a bathtub for comfort and convenience. Every detail of the suite is designed for a relaxing family break.
Menta
This spacious, sunny attic suite faces south and west, with wonderful views over the back garden and the inner garden. In the bedroom, an extra-large double bed ensures a restful night’s sleep. The living room has two farmhouse beds, a comfortable sofa and armchairs, along with a kitchenette, a dining set and a coffee corner. The suite also has a bathroom with two showers and a separate WC.
Villa
The Villa is the only original building on the estate. The stylish bedroom, which opens off the living room, has an extra-large double bed with custom-made mattresses for a truly restful night’s sleep. The living room, which opens off the kitchen, has two carved beds, a sofa and an antique writing desk. The well-equipped kitchen has an induction hob and a dining set, and the bathroom has a shower and a separate WC.
The Villa also has a huge, comfortably furnished terrace and its own shaded parking space.
Verbena
The apartment house is entered from a spacious, well-equipped terrace, which leads into a modern kitchen with a dining area. The elegant bedroom, with its double bed and stylish furniture, has a character all of its own, and its window looks out onto the garden and the woods. The bathroom, which opens off the bedroom, has both a bathtub and a shower, while the separate WC is off the hallway. The living room is comfortably furnished with reading armchairs. The shaded terrace, with garden furniture, a fire basket and a barbecue, is a lovely place to while away the time.
