We treat dogs as guests in their own right!

As a dog-friendly guesthouse, it is only natural for us to treat the four-legged guests who come to stay as members of the family. However, we also need to think of guests who do not have dogs, or who are uncomfortable when a dog approaches them or with its behaviour. So that everyone can feel completely at ease, please read and follow the rules below, so that time spent at Kosbor Panzió is pleasant and undisturbed for every guest.

• Vaccinated, house-trained, well-behaved and well-groomed dogs are welcome at Kosbor Panzió for an additional charge.
• As a responsible pet owner, the owner bears full financial, legal and moral responsibility for any damage caused by their pet to the guesthouse's furnishings, the building, the plants, the staff or guests, or to any other domestic (or wild) animals on the premises.
• Outside your room, in the public areas of the guesthouse, please always keep your dog on a lead.
• Please always keep your dog on a lead in the Kosbor car park and on the road leading to the guesthouse.
• Please be considerate of other guests and, if necessary, call your dog back and keep it under control.
• Do not let your dog approach another dog that is eating or drinking. You cannot know how the other dog will react or how possessive it may be.
• Do not leave your dog alone in the room for so long that it relieves any separation anxiety by barking or scratching at the door. Before setting off on holiday together, check whether your dog can be left alone in an unfamiliar place. If it will not disturb other guests by barking, you can leave it with us in an indoor crate while you visit places where dogs are not allowed.
• Please let the guesthouse staff know when your dog is resting alone in the room, so that our colleagues can plan the daily cleaning accordingly.
• If your dog likes to rest on the bed, please place the dog blanket provided for this purpose underneath it.
• Dogs must not be bathed in the guesthouse showers or bathtubs.
• When walking your dog, please carry the eco-friendly, biodegradable poo bags provided in your room, and please do use them. Kindly put the “parcels” in the bins provided for this purpose.
• The guesthouse's own neutered dog roams freely within a fenced area. It is very friendly towards guests and their pets and can be a great playmate for visiting dogs. If you would rather your dog did not meet it, please let reception know and we will arrange our dog's daily routine around your plans.
