Booking conditions
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Check-in: between 3 pm and 9 pm (15:00–21:00)
Check-out: between 9 am and 11 am (9:00–11:00)
Rooms are available from 3 pm. If you expect to arrive after 9 pm, please let the guesthouse know. After 10 pm only our telephone on-call service is available, on +36 30 9522 478; no staff are present at the guesthouse. Early check-in and late check-out are possible subject to availability, by prior arrangement and for an additional charge.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT CHECK-IN
Under the legislation in force since 1 September 2021, guests must present photo identification at check-in. Accepted photo ID: identity card, card-format driving licence or passport. Documents scanned digitally at reception are recorded in the Guest Information Closed Database (VIZA) system for a maximum of two years. Without a valid document, Kosbor Panzió is obliged to refuse accommodation.
TOURIST TAX
Tourist tax is payable by guests aged 18 and over. It is currently 400 HUF per person per night and is not included in the room rate.
CARDS ACCEPTED
We accept VISA and MasterCard bank cards, as well as OTP, K&H and MBH SZÉP cards (Hungarian employee leisure cards). All services can be paid for with a SZÉP card, except the tourist tax.
PAYMENT TERMS
For certain rates we ask for a deposit of a specified amount when you book; you will be informed of the amount, the deadline and the method of payment during the booking process. We send a confirmation for every booking, which also contains all the details. The remaining balance for your accommodation and any services requested can be paid on site at departure in cash (HUF and EUR), by bank card (Visa, Mastercard), by SZÉP card (OTP, MBH, K&H) or with mobile payment apps.
PETS
Kosbor has been a pet-friendly guesthouse since it opened. If you are arriving with a dog or other small pet, or would like to order a dog menu, please let us know so that we can prepare in good time.
Kosbor Panzió welcomes house-trained, well-groomed, well-socialised dogs with a vaccination record, for an additional charge.
For guests arriving with a dog, the room is prepared with a dog bed, a bowl, biodegradable poo bags, a dog towel and a dog blanket. Our kitchen also offers a seasoning-free dog menu made from fresh meat, vegetables and grains, as well as home-made dog biscuits for pets staying at Kosbor, which can be ordered at reception. The pet supplement is 4,500 HUF per night per room.
The dog's owner bears full responsibility for the dog's behaviour, for any damage it causes and for any accident it causes.
GROUP BOOKINGS
Special conditions apply to group bookings; we will always inform you of these during the booking process. On online booking platforms, up to 3 rooms can be booked at a time. CANCELLATION POLICY
For services booked through online booking platforms, please refer to the cancellation terms shown on the platform concerned.
For all other bookings, the cancellation terms are always set out in the confirmation you receive.
