Dinner

The Kosbor restaurant is open every day to our guests and to anyone holidaying in the area.

In the evening we serve a set dinner menu: a daily selection of a few courses, created by our chef from fresh, seasonal ingredients. Behind the simplicity lies real attention to detail – the focus is on clean flavours, quality and careful preparation.

We often host special themed dinner evenings, where the menu is built around a single ingredient, region or country – putting the spotlight on May asparagus, autumn chestnuts, November goose or authentic Austrian cuisine.

You can enjoy dinner in Kosbor's intimate restaurant or, in summer, out on the terrace close to nature, where everything is about peace and a memorable experience.

With your meal we offer selected wines, craft beers and special pálinka (Hungarian fruit brandy) from the Őrvidék region – made from wild sour cherries, Othello grapes or quince, for example. You can also taste our apple pálinka, made from heritage apple varieties grown on the Kosbor estate: full of character yet smooth, it makes a perfect end to a good dinner. The selection also includes classic spirits, homemade cordials and lemonades.
