BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Check-in, check-out, group bookings, card payment, tourist tax, pets, payment terms and conditions, cancellation policy.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
- Check-in from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m.
- Check-out from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.
- Late check-in: please let us know in advance if you plan to arrive after 9 p.m.
- Early check-in and late check-out: depending on availability, early check-in and late check-out can be requested for an additional fee. Please get in touch with us for this option.
CARD PAYMENTS
- We accept VISA and MasterCard
- We accept OTP, KH, MKB SZÉP card (all three pockets can be used for paying at the guesthouse)
- accommodation, consumption and services can all be paid for by card
TOURIST TAX
Tourist tax is payable after Hungarian citizens between 18 and 70 years of age, and it currently amounts to 400 HUF/guest/night (it is not included in the room price)
PETS
Kosbor is a dog friendly guesthouse. To ensure a peaceful environment for our guests and their dogs, a maximum of 3, well-mannered pets can stay in the guesthouse at any given time. We provide a Scruff Expedition pillow (Memory orthopedic bed, its surface treated with Silver technology), a dog bowl and biodegradable waste bags for the dogs. See the current amount of the extra charge for pets in the Prices section.
Please note our relevant house rules if you would like to bring your pet.
GROUP BOOKINGS
In case of group bookings, Kosbor Guesthouse only has a trading and legal relationship with the person making the booking. We may not accept requests, instructions, cancellation or payment from any other person.
Please transfer the advance payment in one instalment. The services requested by guests will appear on the same account.
PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Advance payment bank transfer
We ask for advance payment on the booking, which is 40% of the full price of the booking (total price of the room and the requested services).
Please transfer the advance payment within 7 days after the booking is made (and on the 14th day before the check-in date at the latest) to the bank account of the operator, Inex-Trade Kft: ERSTE BANK ZRT 11600006-00000000-79206396 and include the booking reference in the comments.
The advance payment can also be paid by SZÉP card (point of sale: Kosbor Guesthouse).
The advance payment will be withheld in case of a no-show or late cancellation.
Advance payment
In case you opted for paying upon arrival, the bank card submitted will serve as insurance for your booking. The card will be charged an advance payment amounting to 40% of the full value of the booking within 7 days after the booking is made.
The amount will be withheld in case of a no-show or late cancellation.
If you would like to pay the advance payment via bank transfer, please make sure to let us know when you make the booking! Bank details: Inex-Trade Kft. (HU08) 1160 0006 0000 0000 7920 6396, please include the booking reference in the comment.
Balance
Please pay your balance at the check-out. We accept: bank card, SZÉP card, gift card, cash (HUF or EUR).
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 20 days before check-in. If you cancel your booking within 20 days before the day of check-in, you will be charged 40% of the value of your booking (the price of the room and requested services) not including tourist tax, taken from the advance payment. In case we receive a new booking for the room for the given period or part of it at full or a discounted price, we refund a proportionate amount of the advance payment to you.
